Learning Technology

As a final thought, it struck me as really interesting that both Nik Peachey (one of ELT’s main proponents of using educational technology) and Scott Thornbury (who has in the past seemingly looked upon educational technology as the devil incarnate) both talked about the main strengths of educational technology being for use by the students at home, rather than in the class.http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=EyqjEYJfe_Y

If you can dream it , you can do it !

Do you have a dream? Do you feel it deep in your bones? Keep it up and release it to the UNIVERSE ; it will do the rest for you . Back in 1963, Martin Luther King did not dream it away  saying : "I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed. We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal."    Marin L. King did not dream it away. And  no later than  2009, the African American Obama held the office. It 's a journey of working one's way up. 

'My ELT journey'  is also a dream, a budding dream . It has started by overhauling my ELT career  then mapping my own    professional development pathway. Starting my own blog, which is a dream come true,  is the first step in my pathway. Hopefully, opening the door for the following budding steps .
